How sustainability appears

The PER is the common curriculum of the French-speaking cantons and French-speaking parts of bilingual cantons, published by the CIIP. It covers the 11 years of compulsory school in three cycles and five domains plus 'Formation gĂ©nĂ©rale' (FG) and transversal capacities. Objectives carry codes by domain, cycle and theme (e.g. FG 16-17, FG 26-27, FG 36-37 for 'InterdĂ©pendances (sociales, Ă©conomiques, environnementales)'; MSN 28 and MSN 38 for living things and ecosystems). A priority aim of Formation gĂ©nĂ©rale is to 'prendre conscience de la complexitĂ© et des interdĂ©pendances et dĂ©velopper une attitude responsable et active en vue d’un dĂ©veloppement durable'.
