Try everything free for a month. If you pay and change your mind, you get your money back.
Every Eco Heroes plan starts with a free month, so you can try the books, games and lessons before you pay anything.
If you are not happy, ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including renewals. We refund the full amount to the original payment method.
To ask for a refund, use the contact form and tell us the email address you used to subscribe. You do not need to give a reason.
After 14 days you can still cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
This policy applies to every subscription bought on eco-heroes.org and does not affect your statutory rights.
