Service status
Is Eco Heroes up?
What school IT teams and families need to know, in one place: the live state of each part of the service, uptime over the last 30 days and anything we are working on. Figures come from the server itself and from an independent monitor; this page is in English.

How the service is kept up
- Two servers in two countries: if the primary fails its health check, traffic moves to the standby mirror automatically.
- Nightly encrypted backups with a tested restore drill; the previous release is kept for an instant rollback.
- Every release passes an automated suite of accessibility, security and language checks before it is published.
- Security reports: /.well-known/security.txt · Data processing and sub-processors: Trust Centre.
