Add the 17 SDG modules to your onboarding program. Each takes 20 minutes, ends with a certificate, and covers the fundamentals every employee should know about sustainability from day one.

Run a company-wide SDG trivia challenge during Earth Week or your sustainability month. Department leaderboards create healthy competition and generate real internal buzz.

📋CSR Family Day

Invite employees' children (ages 6–16) to a sustainability learning session using the kids' game. Parents participate alongside them. A CSR event that's more than a photo opportunity.

Questions

Frequently asked — for your segment

The questions we hear most often from operators evaluating the platform.

LinkedIn Learning and similar platforms are catalogs — 20,000+ courses across every topic. Eco Heroes is a program — 17 SDG modules designed to be completed as a structured curriculum. That's the structural difference, and it matters for two reasons. First: when ESG training is one course among 20,000, employees typically don't finish it. When it's a structured 17-module program with a completion certificate, they do. Second: a course catalog cannot report 'this percentage of our workforce has completed sustainability training this year' in a way your ESG report can cite with confidence. Eco Heroes can. Most of our corporate customers keep their LinkedIn Learning subscription and add Eco Heroes as the dedicated SDG program that sits alongside their catalog and produces the specific ESG metrics catalog-based platforms don't.
Voluntary compliance training across most enterprises sees completion rates in the 5–15% range. We see higher engagement for three specific reasons. First: team challenges — SDG trivia competitions between departments with real-time leaderboards create social pressure that individual training can't. When marketing is losing to operations on SDG 12, people log in. Second: the family extension — employees can share the platform with their children ages 6–16 at no extra cost, so the conversation about sustainability moves from 'another email in my inbox' to 'dinner table with my kids'. Parents consistently report this as one of the most meaningful benefits they've received, and it drives organic engagement with the corporate platform. Third: 15–25 minute micro-modules instead of 90-minute compliance videos — short enough to fit a lunch break, long enough to earn a LinkedIn-shareable certificate. No training platform guarantees engagement, but we've removed the three most common reasons employees disengage.
Eco Heroes is delivered as a web platform with its own access management, so most organizations use it standalone — employees log in via a branded URL, no LMS integration required. For organizations that want to track completions inside existing learning infrastructure, we support Moodle directly (our own LMS runs on moodle.eco-heroes.org) and can discuss export options for other SCORM-compatible systems during the discovery call. For enterprise LMS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Cornerstone, we do not currently offer a native connector — if this is a blocker for your procurement process, tell us early and we'll be honest about what's possible within your timeline.
Eco Heroes is designed to minimize data collection by default. For employee accounts, we collect name and email only. Progress is tracked per user for completion reporting, but we do not profile behavior, sell data, or share with third parties beyond our payment processor (Stripe) and analytics provider (GoatCounter — privacy-first, EU-based, cookieless). The platform is operated from the European Union and complies with GDPR. Your company is the data controller; we are the data processor. For enterprise buyers that require a formal Data Processing Agreement for procurement or legal review, we will provide one on request during the contract phase.
Completion rates per SDG, hours of sustainability training delivered per employee, individual and department-level leaderboards, certificates earned, and language distribution across the workforce. Exports are available on demand as CSV or PDF, formatted for inclusion in your annual ESG or sustainability report. The data slots naturally into the 'capacity building' and 'employee engagement' sections that most reporting frameworks expect. If your organization reports against a specific framework and needs a particular data format, we can discuss custom exports during the discovery call.
Annual contracts run for the full committed 12-month term. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time with 60 days' written notice before the renewal date; access continues through the end of the paid term. No refunds are issued for partial or unused periods. For multi-year contracts at preferred pricing, early termination terms can be negotiated directly with your account manager. For the complete cancellation and refund policy, see the FAQ on our main page.
