Your family plan: the essentials before you pay
This short summary sets out the key points of the contract. Please read it, tick the three boxes and then go on to payment.
What you get
Full access for one child to all 17 illustrated books, the adventure game, the trivia (500+ questions per language) and the Explorer and Changemaker handbooks, in 13 languages, on any device. Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Price
€79 a year, VAT included. That is the total you pay: no set-up fee and no other charges.
The family plan is for households. If you buy it for a business and enter an EU VAT number at checkout, the reverse charge may apply and your invoice will say so. Schools and companies can also ask us for a quote.
Duration and renewal
The subscription lasts one year and renews automatically every year at €79 (VAT included) until you cancel. We e-mail you a reminder about 30 days before each renewal.
How to cancel
Whenever you like, online, with the “Cancel subscription / withdraw from contract here” button on the family page, in your account and in every e-mail we send you. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for, with no fees.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you can normally withdraw from an online contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content that starts straight away, that legal right ends once access begins, but only if you expressly agree to this (third box below). Our own promise goes further: we refund you in full if you ask within 14 days of any payment, renewals included.
Questions and complaints
If something is wrong, write to [email protected] or to Eco Heroes International SL, 17003 Girona, España. We reply within one month at the latest. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamación / fulls oficials de reclamació) are available on request. Eco Heroes has not signed up to any consumer arbitration scheme. If we cannot solve your complaint, you can turn to the Agència Catalana del Consum (consum.gencat.cat), which offers mediation and consumer arbitration through the Junta Arbitral de Consum de Catalunya, or to the consumer authority in your country.
