Sign in — three ways

  1. School access code (ECO-SCHOOL-…): your coordinator receives it with the quote. Enter it once at eco-heroes.org/game/code-login.php — you stay signed in on that device until you press Log out.
  2. Google: on the login page press “Sign in with Google” and pick your school Google account. Only e-mails invited by your school admin get in; otherwise you see “not invited”.
  3. Microsoft: press “Sign in with Microsoft” and pick your Microsoft 365 school account (a personal Microsoft account works too). The same invitation rule applies.
  4. District single sign-on (ClassLink, Clever, your identity provider): when your district has connected it, a third button appears with its name — same invitation rule, no password.
  5. District single sign-on (ClassLink, Clever, your identity provider): when your district has connected it, a third button appears with its name — same invitation rule, no password.
  6. E-mail + password: if your admin created your account by e-mail, use the form; the first time, open the verification link we send you.

Your account and e-mails

  1. Invitations: your school admin adds teacher e-mails in Admin → Users (whitelist). Only invited e-mails can register or use Google/Microsoft.
  2. Our mail comes from [email protected] — add it to your safe senders so verification links and reminders don’t land in spam.
  3. Forgot your password? Ask your school admin to reset it. With Google or Microsoft there is no password to remember.
  4. Shared computers: the ⏻ Log out button in the green bar ends the session and clears the device.

Set up your class

  1. Pupils don’t need accounts. In My classes (hub → Teachers) create a class and get a 6-character code; pupils open eco-heroes.org/game, choose age and hero name, tap “I’m in a class” and enter the code. Their XP, SDG badges and missions then appear in your roster; without a code, progress is simply kept on their device.
  2. One code covers the seats in your plan. Share it with students (or project it): it unlocks all 17 SDGs, Trivia and Games.
  3. Pick the language on each device (12 available); handbook, missions and videos follow it.

Run your first lesson (45 min)

  1. Pick the week’s SDG in the Ten-week scheme of work or the Teacher Handbook (lesson plan, two age bands).
  2. Play the 80-second episode (April + Karim) as the hook, then the 8-step mission loop: see → ask → investigate → meet → mission → school → home → act.
  3. Finish with Trivia (three levels) or a Games-hub activity; students’ badges stay on their device.

Measure and share

  1. Student missions and the Programme overview explain what we measure (knowledge, attitude, action) and why.
  2. The dashboard (e-mail accounts) shows completions; admins export users and codes as CSV.
  3. Procurement pack: DPA, EU hosting, security — in the Trust Centre, ready for your data-protection officer.
